Valentines for BBTB2!

Hello Friends!

The challenge this week at Bitten by the Bug 2 is to use a Valentine Cricut cut.  I have already made dozens and dozens of Valentine cards during the last couple of weeks, so I decided to try something different for this challenge.  When I found this pretty Valentine cone box on the Victorian Romance cartridge in Design Space, I knew I had to give it a try.  I used some old My Mind’s Eye paper and coordinating cardstock from my stash and added a pretty pink ribbon to tie it all together.

Once again, my Cricut Explore came through with flying colors when it came to cutting intricate shapes like this!  I only had to pick out one or two of the small pieces on this fancy heart.  The Explore has definitely made my crafting life much easier!!

Please head over to Bitten by the Bug 2 to see the beautiful Valentine projects made by my fabulous Design Team sisters!  There are some really impressive projects this week!  Then you can link up your own projects using a Cricut Valentine cut.  Remember that you don’t have to have your own blog to play along.  You can link projects that you post in online galleries like Scrapbook.com or Splitcoast Stampers.  Let me know if you need any assistance–I would be happy to help!

Share your Valentine love this week!   Laurie
