It’s not too late to post a few more Christmas cards, is it? I sure hope not, since I still plan to send out the rest of my cards now that all the company is gone and life is a bit closer to “normal” again!
These are all made with the Vellum paper that Close To My Heart is selling again–love it! I used embossing folders on two of the cards and heat embossed in white on the third card.
Don’t forget about the Boxing Week Sale at Close To My Heart! Each day this week there is a collection of products 30-40% off including CTMH Cricut cartridges! Click HERE to see today’s offerings.
The challenge at Heart 2 Heart this week is Silver and Gold! You can use the Close To My Heart Silver and Gold paper pack or just the colors of silver and gold. Use metallic or glitter papers or both!
I added a bit of all of the above! The papers are from the Silver and Gold paper pack along with silver and gold metallic paper and glittery silver shimmer trim. The stamped image (First Noel C1688) is embossed with gold embossing powder and the black ribbon is even trimmed with gold.
Please stop over to Heart 2 Heart Challenges to see more beautiful Silver and Gold projects! Then link up your own artwork for everyone to enjoy. You have until the end of December to play along with our challenge.
Hope your first full week of December is off to a wonderful start! Laurie
I am hosting the challenge at Heart 2 Heart this week and it is all about BASHFUL–the color, the feeling or even Snow White’s dwarf friend!
I chose to make a non-traditional Christmas card using Bashful, the CTMH Color of the Year along with some paper from the Silver and Gold collection. I just love the look of the pale pink Bashful paired with Black and Pewter. I cut the poinsettia from the new You Are Here cartridge and added some Bashful glitter paper and Bashful pearls as embellishments.
Please stop by Heart 2 Heart Challenges to see the other beautiful design team projects. I hope you can squeeze in a little crafting time this Thanksgiving week to enter our Bashful challenge. You have until November 30 to link up your own projects.
If you would like to purchase any of the products I used to create this card, please shop HERE! Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful Thanksgiving! Laurie
