Pirate Birthday Party Cards

Hello Friends!

My grandson just turned 3 and his birthday was all about Pirates!!  I had so much fun making his party invitations a couple of weeks ago and this weekend I made thank you cards to send to his friends. Enjoy!!

The card base came from the Cricut cart Pirates and Mermaids and the other images were from various cartridges that came up when I did a search on Design Space.

Here is the inside of the card.  I’m so glad they will be sending thank you notes. I think this is sadly becoming a lost practice these days.  Am I sounding like an old grandma?  LOL!!

Below are the pirate invitations I made for the party.  I posted these a few days ago, but thought you might like to see the invites and thank you cards all together.

Thanks for stopping by today!  I’ve got to scurry off now to get ready for the pirate party.  I sure don’t want to have to walk the plank if I’m late…. Arrrrrgh!!   Laurie

  1. Oh, and thank you again for teaching me that I could delete unwanted text in the same manner as images. I was not aware that Hide Contour worked on both images and text. 🙂

  2. So cute and so much fun! Also, as a fellow grandma, I am glad that your grandson sends Thank you cards. Good manners never go out of style, imho.
