Mini Album Blog Hop–My Cricut Craft Room

Welcome to the My Cricut Craft Room Mini Album Blog Hop!

Today I am sharing an 8×8 album that I made for my niece on her wedding.  She was married in a beautiful outdoor ceremony in Michigan at the beginning of August.  I used cuts from the Cricut Artbooking cartridge by Close To My Heart to create the pages.  This cartridge is so versatile for scrapbooking and making mini albums and is so easy to use!  The paper I used was from various paper packs from K and Company and Recollections that I have had for several years.  I wanted a country garden feel and I think those papers worked well to achieve this effect.  Many of the stamped sentiments were from Close To My Heart stamp sets and I heat embossed those images to add more texture and interest.  I left the rings undecorated so that the bride can add some of her wedding ribbons to the album.  I can just imagine pictures of the beautiful bride and her handsome husband gracing the pages of this album!
